Founded in Paris in 1927, Caviar Kaspia contributed to the rise of the “art of caviar”, in France and abroad, consecrating the delicacy as an essential element in all prestigious restaurants and events. Kaspia caviar was introduced to many artists, their patrons and admirers and was now appreciated by the great names of the aristocracy and loved by all the rich Parisian society.
Kaspia’s founder
Mr. Arcady Fixon, a Russian emigrant, decided to create a restaurant in Paris that would offer its guests the “caviar culture” with products of the highest quality.
Paris, at that time, tried to forget war and privation with luxury and sparkle,
with lavish parties and progress, the rise of tHaute Couture, the golden age of the Moulin Rouge and the Folies Bergères.

Caviar Kaspia opens in Rome in 2018 at palazzo rhinoceros as a conclusion of the illustrative itinerary of the present art gallery, combining the great classics of the Baltic, the Parisian influences and the Italian tradition.
